I'm working on projects from different industries, such as government sectors, healthcare, banking, trading, and investment.
During my tenure as a UX designer, I managed various UX tasks such as information architecture, competitor analysis and benchmarking, quality assurance, usability testing, and wireframes. Furthermore, end-to-end projects, which usually begin with stakeholder workshops, would be conducted to identify stakeholder needs, determine how the project will be designed to meet these needs, plan the workflow, and determine the specific requirements of the project.
The company requires a partner to revamp its marketing website while maintaining the brand guidelines in order to optimize the user experience for its user groups.
In response to the client's request, we were asked to evaluate hypotheses and investigate the reasons behind the low sign-in success rate as well as the low conversion rates during checkout.
A Development Company requested a UX audit from us to finalize all the UX issues in their journeys and provide recommendations.
